He aha te mea nui o tēnei ao? He tangata he tangata he tangata!

This is a post to commemorate our last day of the year that we had with our core Enviro-Ed group yesterday. I'll keep it short but what a year it's been! 🎉

A massive thank you to all the children first and foremost, for giving up your afternoon every week to be involved. The positive energy and light you have brought to our lives through this programme has been a real joy.

Secondly, I want to thank all the children's whānau. You have been so incredibly supportive of your children on this journey and we all know the impact this has. I've enjoyed our after-school banter and I think we've all enjoyed seeing those priceless smiles on the kids faces at the end of their days mahi 🙏

Thank you to all the staff who have welcomed us with open arms as well (often giving me free reign to share this mahi with their tamariki!). And a MASSIVE thank you to the leadership team who, seeing the importance of this mahi, enabled the awesome experiences our taiao has for these children. You know who you are. We couldn't have done it without you ❤

And so then, how did we finish the year off? Well, I promised to keep it short so I'll let the pictures speak for themselves 😊
